Not only do some people think that fruit should be only eaten on an empty stomach because otherwise, it will rot or ferment in the stomach, but some people think that you should never eat the fruit in the morning, but only in the afternoon.
That’s a lot of nonsense and I’m here to show you that there are many benefits to eating fruits in the morning. Here are 5 benefits that top all of them.

Any fruit that has a high content of vitamin C should be included on the breakfast menu. Posterchild of vitamin C, lemon is not something that a lot of people eat, especially in the morning. And if we want to get the best results, we need to eat whole fruit, not just the juice.
The pulp is where the good stuff lies, but also the peel. Of course, you’re not going to eat an orange unpeeled, but in the case of an apple or pear, there’s no need to peel it. Or simply toss it into a blender.
